the way he approached it and justified himself was all wrong, he presented a really bad image of himself through using flimsy justifications which gave an image of inexperience and a level of stubbornness that I don't think would ever fit for a LT candidate.

I think some situations could be handled better by you(Mainly the ceezee going on with the racism and all.) Ceezee wouldn't of known about the 0 tolerance racism unless he was told prior or was actively looking on the forums for it. That is why some staff suggested a verbal warning in ceezees application. Also if we staff were not told about the 0 tolerance racism and those who are not active on the forums were not told then we wouldn't of known about it in the first place. Hope you understand. Overall though i am neutral on you becoming super admin.
