May I ask how who he scammed?

I believe an error was made on the middle man's behalf and when the trade didn't go through, kall didn't give back the money which he shouldn't have had in the first place until the transfer went through. That's what I gathered from it.

You are a great administrator, but I don't think you fit the SA position at the moment. I will make a list of things you should improve on.

TeamSpeak Prescenes - An important part of becoming a Super Administrator is being active and present in the TeamSpeak meetings and on TeamSpeak in general. As far as I'm concerned you aren't really present in the meetings; you are either not able to attend the meeting(s) and generally do not contribute a significant lot to the meetings in my opinion. This may be due to your time zone, and in that case, I would suggest trying your best to be active on TeamSpeak whenever your timezone allows it. Talk to some staff members before the meeting so you can contribute to the meeting through them. That way you show that, despite your time zone, you still want to/are contributing to the meetings.

Rule breaking (In this incident, scamming) - This will be a short point since from my perspective this situation seems quite blown out of proportion. However, regardless, you have recently broken a fairly serious rule and we need to make sure you don't do anything similar in the future. Since this was a while ago now, and I doubt you will break any rules in the future, I don't think it will be at all an issue for you to prove to us this won't occur again. Also, additionally; according to SkeletonWarrior your behaviour/attitude was rather bad during this incident, which needless to say is not something the lead team likes.

Duration as an administrator - Another small point; you have only recently been accepted as an administrator again and although you have very good experience and did an immensely huge amount of F1s during your time as an administrator previously, some recent experience is very much appreciated and is probably also a deciding factor to some extent.

I wish you the best of luck on your application. Please read every point so you can understand exactly why I'm not going to support you at the time. Improve on all those points and I honestly think you might be a proper candidate for the lead team.
