I don't know this lad for long, but for the time I have seen him (mostly on teamspeak) he showed a great deal of maturity and seems like a friendly and communicative guy. His experience speaks for itself.
Also he is addicted to "Merge Planes" now LOL

MorgZ, we have seen many examples of what you can do previously when you are in the lead team witch why many people want to give you support as we know what you can deal with as you’ve dealt with it before weather it be reports or talking to staff. I will admit you do handle lead team stuff very nicely from what I’ve got to known you in all of the years that I have known you. I’ve seen you and you’ve seen us both grow through the ranks to what we have/did become however I think you should wait a little
Bit more until you apply mate as you did say above that you’ve only been a admin for 2 weeks. Now don’t get me wrong I’m not saying your not capable of the promotion as I’ve seen you do a excellent job in the server as well as being on the lead team but maybe 2 weeks being Admin some people may see that as being to little. But you have my support as I know what your capable of doing. Bring this home baldy.

I gave you a big feedback last time you applied. So count that this time however I'm going to make one more addition.

1 or 2 days ago you were launching a Nuke as a Citizen. I seen you doing it and told you to just change jobs. Then rather than listening to me you decided you will first try to argue that there is no such rule when I clearly told you there is. After you seen it yourself you tried to loophole it and exploit the wording of the rule. After that didn't work you went straight to Captin. Captin said the exact same thing as I did. Then you went and asked Chute too and he said the exact same thing as both of us.

The fact that you can't listen to a higher up staff member and then you even try to loophole a rule gives me a big reconsideration about if you ready yet or not. And I'm not saying you need to blatantly just listen to higher staff members but when you know you're in the wrong and you try to loophole the rule rather then just changing jobs and forgetting about it makes me think your not ready.

When you were lead team you were one of the people that helped me the most and helped others, I think you really suited the lead team role and can do great things again, you have made mistakes in the past but you've done so many great things too, I'd say you're definitely the best candidate for the role.

No, no no. I am not against you whatsoever as a player, but the amount of chances you've had to change and prove yourself again is so sad. You've been CM'd 3 or 4 times now and you are still let back into the community for another shot at getting a LT position. This is mind-boggling to me because of how you used to critique me for getting too many chances. I remember the one time you banned me for 2 weeks for 4 recents, and you told me that I had been given way too many chances to change. But now look at yourself, you've been let back 3 times just to disappoint everyone that had any sort of respect for you. But there are still new players that only saw you back in 2017 and nothing prior to that. You've always been a controlling LT member, and an overall nuisance to everyone that had told you that you weren't the best LT member on the planet.
You by all means do not take criticism lightly and it really shows. I genuinely hope you take the time to change and not come back instantly wanting this position.
