I just said that one time, there is no reason to warn me for that only a global mute for like 5 mins would be okay, but only if I won't stop saying that after you gave me a verbal or something. I played on Zarp SSRP for around 2000 Hours and there were only a few staff members that were "shit to me" or really fucking bad. Saying that wrecking ball was "screaming like a 9 year old" then calling him "pathetic" is not how you should be responding to criticism on your admin application. Just because you don't like his opinion does not mean that it is not a valid opinion. I suggest you work on your attitude in general before you apply for admin, if this is how you're going to show yourself on the forums, I can't imagine how difficult it is to deal with you in game during a sit if things aren't going the way you want. Copying an application does not make you look good, and will never make you look good, no matter how well you can explain yourself. Just don't copy apps at all. As a moderator, it's important to always be as respectful as possible, even if someone throws disrespect your way. I think the way you reacted to this situation was poor (on the forums and in-game) and the situation could've been handled better. I don't fully know what lies behind his "hysteric behaviour," so I can't determine if your warning was invalid or not. If his "hysteric behaviour" only refers to his comment on your job as a moderator, a verbal would suffice - not a warning. I've heard a lot of good things about you in-game and how you handle your F1s, though, so I still have confidence in you, and I believe you are able to learn from the situation with Wrecking. The situation certainly wasn't pretty, but you're a new moderator, and new moderators usually make mistakes; big or small. But there's always room for improvement, which is why I am still confident that you will be suited for the administrator position at a later date. Also, I don't think I need to say that copying an application was something you should've not done. It was simply a stupid thing to do, but you already know that and I trust that you will never do anything like it again. This, and perhaps the situation with Wrecking, will greatly impact the judgement in the next staff meeting, so I think your chance of you getting accepted this week is very slim. I think it's important for you as a staff member and a member of the ZARP community that you listen to people's criticism and complaints. That way you become a better version of yourself. You have great potential, you do a lot of F1s and contribute to the staff team, but you need to solve some things first. As you're a friend of mine and a new member of my gang, I want what is best for you; and that means criticising you when it's necessary. Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application. We just wanted to say Congratulations! The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP staff. Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands. And don’t forget you can always ask another staff member if you’re not sure about something ZARP DarkRP Staff Meeting – Every Saturday 7PM UTC There’s a weekly staff meeting for the server at the above time, which is held on the ZARP Teamspeak server (IP: ts.zarpgaming.com). You now get a vote on the new staff members and we’ll keep you up to date with new events and server updates at the meeting. Congratulations and thanks for supporting ZARP!
