Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Player 1 join the server with 0 recents he start mass rdming players and starts verabally disrespecting a staff member. He got muted and gagged for disrespect and warned for mass rdm - disrespect , after being unmuted he continues disrespecting and he started mass rdming again, in this situation you can ban him for 1 day for Mass RDM + Disrespecting Staff + Recents.

Example 2 (as requested) - When a user joins and is verbally racist through the voice chat system. Is then gagged, but continues through text chat, and admin chat as well. Is kicked and warned for racism but returns to continue unperturbed. Then I would have them (as admins cant ban) banned for 12h from the server for continued Racism.

Example 3 (third times a charm) - When 2 - 3 users join and immediately show signs of ghosting, and admit to such in a report chat with staff. Proceeds to join again and continue ghosting and ruining peoples gameplay with organised RDM. each ghoster banned for 1 week for ghosting and MassRDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Well, only LT can ban for cheating/hacking so Im calling this out for being a shoddy example but here goes:
" Hello [random cheater]!
Myself and other staff have reviewed your appeal for the Ban placed on you for "cheating" to be revoked. While any kind of cheating or hacking/ exploiting is not accepted on any of the servers, I have decided (due to your apology in extraneous detail) to lower the ban to 2 weeks instead, giving you some more time to think upon your actions and then rejoin us on the server. I would highly recommend removing any kind of cheats or exploit programs from your device, as to prevent this unfortunate event from happening again.
Thank you."

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
i know i said i wouldn't want to go for Admin anyway, i feel like I can do a good job of it. Im helpful, fair (mostly), and friendly with most (if not all) players and staff alike. I am on the server every day for a couple hours atleast, and always put my best effort into moderating the server. I have officially attended ONE meeting, where voiced my valid and fair opinions, when we weren't shouting at Aek to stop spamming the goddamn links. Be nice to me but also fair cos i know most of you dont hold back when you have stuff to say (lookin at you Dodo).
