As far as threads go, your application looks good. However, you have a recent official warning which makes me believe that you should wait a while longer in order to prove that you are able to consistently follow the rules and that no incidents of rule breaks happen in the future.

You're a good guy, and I can tell that your intentions are good. In fact, I was there when you got your position and you seemed like you would do a good job. That's why I trust that you can prove to us all that you are a capable staff member and that you won't break any rules in the future.
