TOPIC: [SSRP Admin] REduX's Application

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
Well, since I resigned form admin rank and applied again for mod, this is the 4th week. So the thing I mean is I am a mod over a month and I feel my self read yo become an admin again. In my mod adventure, I did something wrong and also correct. But now I understand the rules better also i didnt have any big deal nowadays. In these weeks, I got some demote requests on me and probably these will keep minussupping me but I want to state that again they actually didn't make any sense. Well, I am posting my application at the starting of the week so everyone in our valuable community can evaluate me for the recent events instead of poping the old deals up. Thanks for all your comments and advice.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

Firstly, being staff is really different than being user. There are lots of differences ex. so many people stop rdming u when they saw your tag or etc. So yeah I am happy to be staff but I think Mod is a chance given to you to gain trust and show that you can be a zarp ssrp staff. Also, I would like to state the mobility that admin rank gives you. You know sometimes more than normal rulebreaker guy joins to the server and that causes a caos in spawn or in any other place. As a moderator it is really hard to freeze/punish like minimum 10 guys so that makes me spend more time in that deal, but as an admin with the help ıf the physic gun i can freeze them instantly and punish them faster, so instead of wasing all my time in the same deal i can finis it faster and even make some more f1s in that time.


Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

To be honest, I liked being staff but there is something hard. As everybody know, some people join zarp for trolling the others. Warn cannot stop them. When I freeze/tp them, they just re-join. Mod abilities do not allow to stop them. As every-mod says, you must wait an admin/higher, so it takes time and mod abilities are insufficient. These are the most important reasons why I am applying for admin.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
