Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

Random Death Match AKA "RDM" is where a players kills another player without any reason that includes not roleplaying during that kill or even roleplaying and not following the rules, for example : Player A offends Player B in chat and dares Player A to kill him in game which then he goes on to do so thats considered RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

New Life Rule AKA "NLR" is when a person comes back to the same district / Area of their previous life (Basically you should forget your previous life and have no knowledge of what happend)

Scenario Example : Player A died in the electric district defending his own base against a raid when he respawns back he goes back to his base and continues to defend it normally that would mean he broke NLR as he came back to his previous life death area and continued what he should have totally forgotten in his new life and went somewhere else ( in this situation if the person didnt know about the rule i would simply verbal warn them , if the person had known about the rule and i saw him heading towards his previous life death district i would simply drag him back and tell him not to break NLR if the person continues to do that and or gets reported about breaking NLR i would give him a warn).

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

First of all i would head to Player X to make sure hes not out of control about it and attempting to revenge RDM or anything of that nature i make sure to tell him that we have the logs and that we can work things out , i then proceed to TP Player to a sit if he allows me to , and then i head over to Player Y while Player X is waiting in the Sit , i go on to speak to Player Y privately about why he was accused of RDM and that the logs show that he has trully Killed Player X and then after i had gotten his response i make sure that Player X didnt damage Player Y in the logs cause in that case its self defense if so i go on to ask both if they have any sort of evidence they can provide if it turns out that i see no damage logs from Player X if it turns out that none Broke NLR and everything else is fine then id have to drop a warn to Player Y for RDM as the logs show clear evidence ( in some cases i wouldnt be able to drop a warn as there is no evidence from both sides and its really hard to assume that an RDM actually happend.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

First of all id get the story from both sides as the logs and console arent enough to justify what truly happend i head over to both parties and speak to each at a time trying to understand what had went down if the stories dont match up and both parties dont have any sort of evidence then id have to drop a warn/verbal warn for Player Y for breaking NLR as the logs are the only solution here and the stories from both sides dont match up.

I feel like i have understood how everything works in zarp now, all the rules , how things are done and how they should be handled and generally a big understanding of how people react and act in certain situations because of this i think im capable of taking the Moderator Spot to see how further i can go with the staff team! im a very active player and i truly enjoy playing zarp cause of how unique it is compared to other servers , i have done many mistakes in my time playing zarp and ive hurt people but ive learnt from my mistakes and i apologize to whoever i havent apologized to yet regarding my previous actions. ( i do realize i have a pending recent of NLR and here is the appeal section i had made when i ignorant about the general idea of the rule and accused of a false warn from someone that is obviously way more knowledgeable than i am in zarp zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/appeals/1...rn-punishment-appeal) i appreciate all the feedback i get and nothing is personal!

Really in-depth application, good guy, amazing activity. Only problem I see with you right now are the recents you got by accident.

Your activity and application is really good, but I have a problem with your recents, you currently have an accepted report abuse against you for RDM, and what I can remember from it, Watson says you have recents/previous punishments for the same thing. As long as you don't have more that one recent, you should be fine, good luck!
