From what I’ve seen in game, you were acting like you thought you were better than everyone else and talking down on the other staff just because they had less experience. In my opinion staff should be treated equally no matter how new or old they are and shouldn’t be told they are any less and told they should listen to you and are not allowed to speak because you’re a better and more experienced admin, I just saw that as unfair, and wouldn’t like to see it from a high rank such as SA.
I was more like saying you guys should stop arguing because it went about nothing like it was just a stupid discussion with rob and you guys wanted to warn him i think i over reaacted about it and should not stress about it. im sorry.
Not to hate on you at all but you were like that. You said within the admin chat “Nico said I’m the most experienced Admin on deathrun” “and he is HA”. Saying this is clearly/basically saying “I’m the best admin here” in which is not a good thing to say at all even applying for super admin.
If this is true, I don't think you guys want someone this narcissistic in a lead team position.
[Admin Chat] (Admin) ✪ Happy: nico said im the most experienced admin on deathrun
[Admin Chat] (Moderator) Humans1: lol
[Admin Chat] (Admin) ✪ Happy: and he is HA
[Admin Chat] (Admin) ✪ Happy: so i gtg cya soon

Just going to say, that's a little bit hypocritical of you. It isn't a very good quality to have such an ego for a Lead Team member, but you have also done pretty much the exact same thing with all of your positions. A lot of Lead Team members currently, and I'm not going to say I'm exempt from that, have quite the ego sometimes.
Things like that go to people's heads, and they'll want to use it to prove themselves for the position.
Overall, I think what Happy needs to work on is experience and maturity, and trying to build a friendlier relationship with fellow staff and Lead Team, which he has improved upon compared to how he was previously.
