You are immature, when I asked you to deal with a situation, you were assuming I spoke a language I said multiple times I didn't, and you even were swearing at me and calling me names in that language, if this is how you deal with every situation (which I assume you do, because you don't know me well) you shouldn't be superadmin.
You need to fix your attitude and actually know what the rules mean.

Things like that go to people's heads, and they'll want to use it to prove themselves for the position.

Overall, I think what Happy needs to work on is experience and maturity, and trying to build a friendlier relationship with fellow staff and Lead Team, which he has improved upon compared to how he was previously.
