Personally, I find my CM ban pretty far un-related from this position. Let's not forget, even current community managers have admitted Tyler did much, much, much worse things than I and wasn't even banned. I've never had any actions in the past two years that have affected my job as a staff member. As for my activity, I'd say a week is fine for this position as you know that I would do a great job in this position, and the servers have a significant lack of presence from staff most of the time.

Don't try to justify your shitty actions by saying that Tyler did worse than you and wasn't banned. This is about you and your staffing abilities as well as the ability not to make stupid choices. What you've just said shows a complete lack of maturity, lets be honest. You've just came off a CM ban, you should wait a couple of weeks for yourself and others to readjust to your return and give feedback based on the present and not the past.

I do think you were a great staff member but I have to agree on the gametime. Not because I don't think you're capable just because it sends a bad image for the server that someone just got unbanned from a CM and got staff within a few days, regain trust with the staff team and the community and you will get it for sure!
