Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: My time as a moderator has been short and i have completed a decent amount of F1'S And hope to do more by Saturday I also feel as i am experienced enough to be admin as i am EX STAFF And i have spent a long time as moderator

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around:
On s3 there was MASS RDM (I mean like 20 kills a minute rdm) so i took everyone to a roof (4 people)
Froze en' all for a minute warned them all for Mass RDM and NLR It took me a whole half hour to solve this problem

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
To all the new mods i first have to say congrats for being selected and i will be training you today Step one: dont use chat commands This can result i disaster as there has been times when a mod has brung the whole server to one spot
Step two; If someone is reported for say RDM X1 Make sure to check the logs of both party's but always ask for screenshots as they could be telling a Bullshit story and also check their rapsheet before handing out any sort of punishment Step 3; if there is no admin or sa+ online use Teamspeak as you can contact the staff on that if someone is being racist or massrdm'ing
Step; use your admin tool to checkk if fading doors are legit and keypads arent hidden or far away Step 5; Dont abuse your teleport in rp situations an accidental hit is common for most people untill they get used to the feel of teleporting and we cant blame you for randomly hitting the tp button

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would apologize for banning permanently for the first ban But i would explain to them that propspam can lead to a server crash and tell them how dangerous a server crash can be and how much damage it can do to players with Expense items out

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): I Think i should be promoted because i have worked pretty hard for a while and within a week i have got the back to the feeling of being staff again
I enjoy doing f1's and helping other players
I have no warnings in my whole time playing
I Feel like being promoted would help me as i could stop people quicker i could spectate players breaking rules and record
them breaking rules so i can have a valid reason to punish something i cannot do now
It would be very helpful.

Your activity is very inconsistent for someone going for a promotion. You will need to greatly improve for the meeting if you want to be accepted. I suggest you should re-apply next week after you gain some consistent activity.

While I'm unaware of how you handle most of your sits from what I've seen you handle them to a professional level, and ask for help when you need it, instead of guessing, and while your activity is a result of surgery its a support from me but I'd prefer you to apply next week when we can see more consistent activity.

You've been through a hard time and it's good to see you back in track. As you were an ex-admin in the past, you have enough experience to go for this promotion - However, you just came back and your activity isn't the best so I would suggest you give it a week or so and you'll most likely get it.
