If only I could vote. I do not play SSRP as much or am I on the teamspeak as much, I can see you express your abilities and knowledge of the server on the forums, and it’s one of the best. I doubt you aren’t ready for this position, but this will be up to the lead team to decide.

I most likely going to get home after the meeting has finished, I'll still give you my opinion. You're a very good admin, one of our best. You're very active on the forums which is a great thing. My issues with you is (this is from what I last seen from you, I was away for a bit recently) that your communication skills aren't the best. I seen appeals you handled sometimes miss the point or explain it badly stating thing that don't always matter. This is also in correlation with that I didn't really seen you on TS. You did always talk to me on Steam which is something good and don't know about others. These may have all changed by now but if not these are which you should work on.

Regardless it's the last comment that bothers me. In part, it's true: there's a lot of other stuff that someone could be doing with their lives that might be more useful than putting countless hours into trying to save the sinking Titanic. Especially someone in their late teens, that has an entire future ahead of them and a lot that they could be spending their time on.

As much as there are other possible things anyone could be doing with their lives, that does not immediately mean that this is completely useless either. Regardless of how stupid it might sound, this sort of stuff really does go extremely well on your job resume, especially Lead Team positions and higher. Managing entire servers and even managingn the staff teams managing those servers proves invalluable experience that could really assist you later on in your life.

Whether or not it proves itself worth everything you're putting into it is up to you.
