Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: My time as a moderator although short has helped me develop a better sense of patience with newer players who dont know the rules. I believe that if i were to become admin i could better help newer players and older players alike and could generally make the server a better and friendlier place.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): The most difficult situation that i have encountered during my time as moderator was when i was on S2 and a person had logged on to rdm miners. This person was incredibly difficult to deal with as everytime I'd warn him and he'd reach the warn threshhold for Warns and get banned he'd come back an hour later and continue to rdm people and everytime i would try and freeze him he would just leave with someone eventually getting on after a couple hours and finally banning him.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Hello and congratulations on becoming a member of the SSRP Dark RP staff team. Before we get to far into training take some time to read the rules and staff ethos.

The staff ethos is the guidelines for dealing with rule breakers and generally just how you should act as a member of the staff team.

Now lets get into the commands that you'll have access to as a moderator

- /goto

/goto is the command that you use to people who make the f1's or the person who was reported.

- /tp or /teleport

/tp should be bound to a key and is used to go to a location where your ingame crosshair is and is useful for getting to roofs to handle sits

- /bring

/bring is used to bring a person to yourself. You should use steam ID with this command and not the persons ingame name.

- /back or /backspawn

These commands are use to return a person to their position before you brought them or used to return a person to spawn after a sit is over.

- /chatmute or /voicemute

These commands are used to mute a persons chat or voice and is primarily used if a person is chat/mic spamming or racism

- /freeze

/freeze is used to freeze players who are activelly breaking rules. You can also use this command to prevent people who are trying to leave sits.

- /slay

/slay is used primarily as a first offense tool if a person is mass rdming

- /warn

/warn is used to warn people have broken rules. This command should only be used with steam ID and not name, and should only be used if you have sufficent proof to warn them

- /kick

/kick is used to kick unruly players from the server, such as if they are activelly breaking major rules such as: Mass propblock, Mass RDA, Mass RDM, Propspam, or spamming racism despite warns and mutes.

Now that we are done with commands their are two menus that you will have access to as a moderator the f1 menu, and the f6 menu

F1 Menu-

The F1 menu is where you will be able to do many things such as, check logs, check active nlr, active warnings, and active unhandled f1s

F6 Menu-

The F6 menu is where you can see a players rapsheet from the time that they first joined to the most recent punishments

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player X after reviewing your appeal and speaking with the staff member involved your ban has been shortened to 4 days. After your ban has ended feel free to rejoin the zarp. I ask that you take this time to familiarize yourself with the rules and to look back at your actions and reflect on it. Thank you for making an appeal

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words): I believe I should be promoted because I am incredibly active on the servers and in my short time I've done nearly 150 F1's and getting admin would greatly improve my ability to handle F1's and unreported rule breakers, thus improving Zarp as a whole and making it a more playable server. I believe that during my time as moderator although short has allowed me to learn much from my higher ups and has granted me the ability to learn from them and to attempt to better myself as mod. You are always on to handle f1s when needed and you are quick to join a server if help is needed with rule breakers.
