It clearly came if the wrong way but I genuinely think that if he got staff he would do a good job it’s not me hating as what happened I know and am konfident that he will learn as non of us are perfect if I’m being onist I’ve never read the staff ethos fully never fully read the server rules probably should of said that but that why it took 3 attempts for me to get mod as a deslexice I learn and express things in a different way to others.
I still like the person at heart he is very nice and deserves the roles he has in the community and when I say stuff I meet it I very really lie I just can’t its the way my brain works I’ve said thing to people that I showdent have because of this.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:
