Hey box
So your forum activity is really good. However, your teamspeak interaction isn’t that good. For in game activity I think is good, but I can’t check because my WiFi is bad.
Despite all this, if you manage to develop your leadership, you will have my vote. Oh and you should buy / use a mic, otherwise trainings wont be as easy.

Edit: you cannot say “my activity will go up” and just promise it will happen, you have to show it
