Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

Traitor A is up in the tower and shoots Traitor B, Traitor C, Traitor D, and Traitor E with his sniper, killing them. He is reported by all four of them for RDM. He then answers every report with "xDDDDD" and leaves the game before receiving punishment. Therefore, he would be banned for Mass RDM+LTAP

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for cheating and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?


Hey there, thanks for taking the time to appeal your ban. You were banned for cheating and that is against the rules of the server. Since this is your first ban, and you clearly put effort into your appeal, which shows you are truly sorry for what you did, so your appeal has been
and your ban will be reduced/removed. However, if you get banned because of cheating again, getting yourself unbanned will be much more difficult. Have fun on the server!

Side note about this question: Admins cannot regularly ban for cheating and cannot handle their own ban appeals.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
First off, I am done with school so there is no more school bs that is going to force me to resign for a month or two until I get it fixed. In general, what qualifies me to be promoted directly to Admin is my past experience of staffing on this server (Super Admin.) My previously held rank shows that I know the rules of the server and was not totally shit at staffing, I was only a little shit. However, I think the most important factor is that I am an American. Not because I can be on at late hours, no that’s stupid. But to my understanding, y’all have been out of Americans to mess with strictly because they are American, and I believe that is a crucial aspect of every staff team.

Extra Information: I would appreciate any constructive criticism you can give me, thanks for reading. Also, I know my activity will be increasing as I will be playing everyday before the meeting.
