You're also pretty good at the game so it would be great to have good players in the staff team ( admin+ ) talk about the "meta" : many players are complaining about the use of PSG so you could probably help owners to change it !

The fact that you have replied to every minus support on your app shows your attitude has not changed enough for a promotion. Work on not losing it so much and not getting so defensive all the time and the promotion might come easier

Ashur is a great guy and one of the people who takes his job 100% seriously and always tries his best to reach the best outcome for both parties involved in a report! He never stops looking for rulebreakers and can never ignore one when he sees it. He is truly the epitome of a defender of justice for ZARP and he defends it wholeheartedly with courage and love for the community which so binds him to his job. He unequivocally condemns any form of discrimination, disrespect or anything else of the like as he is not only a defender of justice for ZARP but also a defender of justice for all those across the world who feel misrepresented, mistreated and unfairly discriminated against for things they have little to no control over! He is a beacon for which we should look towards for guidance on how to protect our servers from the rulebreaking plagues that scour them and for me he is not just any staff member, but a role model.

And for those reasons above I believe Ashur should be granted the administrator rank and so I will present him with my support in the form of a green thumbs up:
