I mean the only major issue is that you did abuse in the past which was ~4 month ago and you had a horrible atitude in the entire community. As recently before you got mod for a good 3 weeks you showed a very great atitude however as soon as you got mod you let your self down again. After you heard this from a lot of people you put back your right atitude however because of this I do feel like you need to keep a consistant atitude for much longer. Don't get me wrong you're a good moderator just as if now I feel you wouldn't be a good admin.

I'm pretty sure he can't warn you unless the player killed made an F1 report, which, since you say it was an admin, he couldn't. in that case the admin killed should be the one warning you.
