I’m a very trusted member of the community as I’m currently holding the SSRP Super Administrator Rank and have done for over a month. As well as I hold the TS3 Staff, Forum Staff, and Bhop Administrator Rank. Also, I used to hold another staff rank within the community but I started to lose interest and resigned from the said position.

Experience:

I have invested a huge amount of time and effort into Zarp servers and the community as a whole. I have an abundance of experience that I have gained over the years as a staff member and as of most recently, SSRP Super Administrator were I have developed my skills to allow me to deal with new and more challenging situations.

Presence on the Servers:

I have been a Super administrator for around one month now. I am usually on SSRP every day as well as interacting with the staff team on a hourly basis throughout the day allowing me to engage with active situations that may need my help by doing this I am always the first port of call for staff member that may need my help as they know that I respond almost instantly to them.

What I have Achieved so far:

I've been and I am working a lot with the Current Staff Team and do my Best to Improve their Staffing ability. Them following the Ethos, motivate to hop on F1's etc. I’ve also been involved in an array of situations while being an SSRP Super Administrator where I have had to deal with challenging hacking situations where I have had to use my initiative to deal with them effectively to ensure that all the proof is gathered in order to bring them up in the Lead Team Meeting. Other situations include staff disputes that have occurred while I have been on I have had to mediate between the staff members and bring the conflict between them to an end this is also something I will be making a post about shortly, I have had a lot of concerned staff members, as well as users, contact me about abuse that is happening within the server which I have investigated to ensure that no wrongdoing has occurred. As well as I’ve had to deal with Issues I’ve run into with other Lead Team Members where I have given my advice to solve said Issue. I’ve been working on implementing and changing Existing Rules as well as clarifying issues that Staff Members had about Leaving to Avoid Punishment and generally working on making the feeling of a Team Stronger / more existent.

Personality:

I am a very calm but Respectful Person, I know exactly how to act in every kind of Situation and I am pretty confident with what I do. Due to my long time Experience in general Staffing across all Zarp Servers, I got a pretty good view of how to Lead a Team. I believe that I am a really Mature and Helpful guy, I’m really approachable if it is via. TeamSpeak, Steam or Ingame, I am always there and free to have a Chat with.

What I wish to Achieve as a Head Administrator:

I wish to carry on with my current plans to re work and edit current rules

I plan on creating a closer relationship between the current lead team and player base as i feel that there is still a void in relations.

I plan to create a system where we have scheduled events on a weekly basis to allow players to engage with each other

I also wish to make changes to the hacking policy that I am currently working towards

However, there is a lot more I'd like to do but I'm not 100% Sure if it actually is do-able yet, I'll still be working on things and do my Best to Improve SSRP Staffing and the general Communication between Lead Team and Community.

What can I say ... ? You've shown your dedication towards the server and you've been through a lot of different and complicated situations, you're also a hardworking working guy and you enjoy what you're doing and that's a quality that almost all staff members are missing. I think that you would be a great addition and that you're pretty much ready for the position. Best of luck !
