TOPIC: [FORUM] Raeker - Global Moderator Application

At the time of posting, this is my post count in the past month in every section:

• Staff Discussion: 22

For every section that I have not listed here the post count is either zero or close to zero.

I personally believe that this is pretty good activity in the sections where it matters. My activity in the TTT section is good considering the fact that the section is not used that much, and my activity in SSRP is lower because it's not a server I am actively playing on at this current time.

Although my post count is relatively high, I do actually tend to post constructively more than unconstructively. Not always, of course, but there are plenty of posts out there where I help users on the forums with whichever issue they might be having.

There are two major reasons why I want Global Moderator:

1. The current forum staff team tend to not check TTT appeals and reports so they end up unlocked for a relatively longer period than they should. Of course I wouldn't just lock only the TTT stuff, but I check a majority of the posts on the forums and lock/manage them if need be.
2. I delete a lot of spam posts in General Discussion every single day, and it's quite irritating that I can only delete the posts and not ban the actual bots. Considering the fact that I check the forums during the afternoon when there usually aren't a whole lot of forum staff online, I believe the forums could greatly benefit from me having this position.

I appreciate the critique however - it keeps me on my guard. Thanks dude!

Like Raeker said I believe there is lack of TTT forum staff (only Raeker and Aek). I would say TTT is the second best in terms of forum reports etc. But most forum staff are SSRP related and don't worry about TTT topics. No offense to them they do a good job but I would like to see someone TTT related.

However I do urge you to read what I stated in response to Newdude's critique. You weren't there so you wouldn't know, but I voted to open the apps last Sunday with a reason. On Teamspeak you mentioned the argument that we don't need any more, but that really does not apply when I have had to continuously remove spam posts for the past few months, especially the last few weeks. Some of them were way older than they should have been. The benefit of locking and unlocking posts can also help greatly, especially because I'm in way better contact with the TTT server than most other forum staff members.

Everyone sees the argumentative posting as a negative impact, however i think this is completely false and ridicilous. This specialty that raeker has is something that's unique. Almost no-one or let's say In fact- raeker is the most argumentative staff member in the community. Almost every post i see that's comming from reaker is detailed and well provided with constructed arguments comming from atleast 3 aspects.

This is certainly not a negative subject. This is more a positive side from raeker. Based on his argumentative skills i'll give him my full support since this does not only bennefits users he also help's the whole community. In the time i've met raeker i've noticed that he has only 1 objective, or atleast that's how i somewhat view it; 'Equal treatment for everyone' everytime i see a report about someone raeker's there to fight for equality. Giving arguments to both aspects. Every time i see an appeal about someone who has been banned wrongfully, Raeker is there on the spot fighting for his unban. Same goes for almost every section.

Is Raeker, also the point about his "argumentative posting" is a bit silly in my opinion since I don't see how that would impede on his ability to be a fair and effective forum staff as long as it doesn't break TOU and stays constructive

Bad boi raeker speaking his mind smh this is going to be a huge from me. Learn to suck up to others and not question their stances sincerely someone who is currently higher than you in the hierarchy
