Hi, this is a message to all staff members and users alike. I've been on the server for almost a month or maybe a bit more. I used to play TTT on the server way before, but I started playing again, and I set myself goals, which I won't back out of. I'm aiming high, and me rushing into things might seem as something bad. I'm not trying to gain power nor am I planning to do some shady shit from the back. All I want to do is staff on the server, and help the server as much as I can. I'm trying to communicate with everyone as much as I can. My in-game attitude is okay I think? I'm trying to improve on every aspect as much as I can. I've been socialising with the users and staff members to have a better connection, hoping that we create a bond. My forum attitude can be quite bad at times, which I will work on for sure. I think I respond too quickly instead of actually thinking about what to say.
The mistakes I made, I try to learn from them as much as I can.. I might not be the best mod around, but I'm dedicating myself to the server. Surely people might think I don't deserve the position, but trust me if I have a shot at it, I'll prove you wrong. I'm hoping that whoever has a grudge on me, we can start on a new page, and just have fun.

Johnler, just because you haven't had an issue with someone doesn't mean that the other staff members' opinions are suddenly invalid.

To both of you, stop USING CAPS to emphasise words in a sentence. It makes both of you look like loud mouths and completely ruins any form of possible debate. For that reason I always use bold or italics - it just looks that little more refined.

As for the caps shit, yea, I agree, but it's a habit now, I'd love to use bold and italics, and I would if you could ctrl+b or ctrl+i but that dont work so for the sake of time I use CAPS to emphasise it.
