to be honest here I have known you for a long ass time, you have a serious problem with your attitude in wanting to like get revenge for shit. You have a vengeful and disrespectful attitude sometimes and that really hurts your chances of being a staff member. Whenever someone eggs you on you constantly respond with 4x the fire that they had said to you. You are a nice dude though, I'd just give it some time

Also very true people bring up my past, i've been one of the biggest minges, but i'm yet to prove myself to many others who still think i'm the same, it even states somewhere in a stickied post on the forums, the past is in the past, only the last 2 weeks should be taken into account when voting/applying/commenting.

I haven't had much contact with you in game so I'm not sure of your personality.
