I did not try to "call out" anyone, I merely stated that I saw a staff member go AFK for a while one time, even though he does a lot without being AFK. Regardless of whether I AFK at all, the majority of my time, and way more than the requirement, is not AFK, therefore it is a redundant argument.

I am not saying your not good at what you can do but the times you can do what you are good at is taken up so much with the Owner/Developer/LT positions you currently have so to clear things up I think you should show some amazing work on the other servers for example TTT as that is one server you seem to be slacking to do stuff on ATM before getting another staff position.

Anyways I will leave it up to the Bhop staff team to decide whether or not you can manage it.

I agree with the activity points.
you are not hitting you MINIMUM required activity on servers you are just strictly HA on such as TTT, or SSRP.
you should focus on the current plate that you have that is overflowing with shit to-do.

Further more, you need to expand yourself again on your coding, because things that you was told about and shown how to avoid so many times, you are now doing them the things we have told you NOT to-do, which is a result in your recent addon for DR to be removed.

Time management is a good thing, and freeing up time to give more time to other things, shows a better person than someone who THINKS they can handle everything but in the long run can not.
