Not massively though, and I have had plenty of conversations with you where the exact opposite was shown and we were fully able to communicate, but for some people it is a struggle that they will hold against you.

I personally believe that the community can only benefit from having someone such as yourself in this position, especially because of your different timezone compared to a majority of the staff team. Not just that, your effectiveness on these forums are admirable as well as your overall experience. I wouldn't want to see anyone else in this position more than you, and you can definitely without a doubt count on my vote.
