Just from what i read from your application, and from your other application you seem like a good person. Maybe a little bit less BUMPing, it makes you seem impatient. I don't know if you have any more recents from the time of your last application but if you don't and you keep up the activity you have my Would love to see you in game btw i just haven't seen you on.

Blatantly ignores a PM concerning his report and then when i ask him to not make a report if he inst going to provide any information ( fake report ) he then asks me to add him on steam of which he then proceeds to insult me claiming i need to my job better and that a PM should be more obvious.

Unless you have proof of him insulting you it means very little. And claiming you need to do your job better is hardly an insult to be honest. If a user has an issue with your staffing I see no reason they should not be allowed to point it out as long as its done in a respectful way.

Hey man Today we had a bad conversation and overall i was a bit terrible in my behaviour so I'm sorry about that and if possible would like to try restart over and take into account what I've done so could we just start over cause i dont want to have a bad relationship with any member of the community. I admit that i was wrong in accusing you for False reporting aswell , sorry about that.
