As others have pointed out you have recently come back as an Admin, and you were staff so long ago. You should wait a little to get more experience as that is very important. You were a great admin before and I believe you are doing an amazing job now, so keep that up. I believe that you can one day achieve Super Administrator. Definitely possible to become SA in future.I don't think currently now as others have said, you've only recently come back, don't know how active you are on TS server as that is a big part of being a LT member. I will just go over a few things worth mentioning;

Positives
1: Handles escalating situations well as an Admin
2: Solid activity, even during the "Night" NA periods
3: Has the potential to become LT someday

Negatives
1: Can act kinda immature at times, and while it's all for the fun of things, you do misuse your powers as an admin (ex. Freezing for no legitimate reason)
2: Just recently came back as an admin, you could definitely use more time as an admin.
3: AFK/Time Farming? I've seen you join the server and you'll basically be AFK for an unclear amount of time, and then you'll just randomly come back as if you've been there the entire time. Same thing goes for while on the server, you'll be playing, and somewhere down the line you'll step away, and you've again be AFK for an unclear amount of time while on the server, not in spectate.

Overall, the negatives outweigh the positives, which is why I don't feel like you're ready to become a LT.
