Aren’t you a TTT Head Admin? You are meant to give feedback/opinion for candidates applying. You said you are going to avoid your opinion!

I believe such feedback can, and for this rank quite possibly even should be avoided to be shared publically. High ranking stuff publically showing support for a certain candidate can possibly cause issues between staff and users.

I always dislike it when I see high-ranking staff publically sharing their opinion. Me and Xnator had a fight about that almost a year ago when he, as a server owner, publically shared who he supported for Lead Team and why.

It really doesn’t cause any issues at all.

After reading the Application you made i have to say i am impressed by the sheer size of it. First of all you deal with all situations on the forums well this shows you have experience with dealing with report abuse and appeals, I really dont think you would find dealing with anything on forums hard that is to do with TTT, This is a good thing as if you do get head admin you will know what to do if another staff member gets reported(lead team members and normal staff). In game i rarely get to see you as i am never or rarely on when you are on but the few times i have i have had no problems with you and mostly you are fair to players and staff from what i have seen. I can clearly see you care about TTT staffing as you do make the effort to get feedback from others for example you did shitpost and did act imature on forums but after been told this i have seen you add constructive feedback on peoples apps and you also made an effort to shitpost less, Although i have to say you really should of not posted the dumb resign troll as it does kinda make you look bad. So all i have left to say is Good luck.

Hey Nick,

Your application is really detailled and ok. That's really not the most important thing in my opinion, but you defintely put some efforts in it.

You have a nice attitude, and you are a good staff member. But what you could immprove on is your impatience and, at times, your habit on jumping to conclusions. Still, you mostly have a lot of positives !

But what bugs me is your activity. Even tho it is more than good for a LT member this week, the past weeks have been ... not so good.

You are overall a strong candidate, but I would like to see a renewned motivation and dedication from you.

Oh really? Let's say 2 people apply for Head Admin. I go in Nick's App and say: Yes! I support you fully Nick! Do not worry, you will be the one to get it! if you don't, I will keep objecting ALL NIGHT LONG!
On the other guy's App, i will just go there and comment: Meh, you are not the best candidate but Good Luck!

That will only cause issues. The person i don't support will most likely have a grudge on me afterwards and everyone will know that I will be voting for Nick. If i keep this up, then people will eventually revoke their Apps since they know that the HAs don't want them get promoted and/or prefer someone else other than them. In general, Higher Ups should not really state their opinion Publicly. I always give tips and detailed feedback to everyone who messages me. But not on the forums. Also these stuff should be discussed in the HA meeting. Not here.

At the end of the day, it is my choice whether or not to even reply to this Application and you are not the one to be telling me how to do my Job, Onion.

Surprised you don't know all these, given that you already are HA on 2 servers...

You are one of the most deserving of this position out of the current SA's, then again, every SA there is great. It's going to be a tough choice for the current head admins and I feel sorry for them. Nickolas, one of my best friends on zarp. At first we didn't know each other very well but you soon joined murder and we became friends. You've helped me out a lot giving tips on staffing on both servers and supported me through everything. You are really active on teamspeak and on the forums and your in-game activity is mostly excused because of your German lessons that are now over. You do deserve this position, you are experienced and interact with the staff team a lot. You are very friendly and always willing to help out the server and it's staff team. You are the best candidate at the moment in my opinion , Good luck!
