When it will be appropriate to use the ban command? It is appropriate to use the ban command when people are doing these's things wrong: When someone is using hacks, LTAP, Mass rule breaking,Threatening to ddoss, and if a "player" is being very disrespectful to me or others in the game.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: There's been a numerous of times when late on at night, Also been situations where people join the server just to troll/mic spam or even just to ruin the experience for everyone else. There's been people who troll, Mic spam, Being disrespectful, Trap spamming, Death avoiding, LTAP Been a numerous of situations i have dealt with.

Why I should be promoted: I believe I am ready and suited for this position because I have the maturity and responsibility to handle the challenges ahead. I can keep a calm head in all situations without letting my emotions cloud my judgement. I know all the written rules, and many of the unwritten ones that I can use to best judge a situation. I'll keep my punishments fair and by the book, and will never abuse my powers, I treat everyone fairly and respect everyone. I feel that with admin power theirs a lot of responsibility needed and i feel like i'm ready for that responsibility, I can also receive the respect I desire to help the server prosper in any way I can. Old members are retiring, and we need to keep the server alive and in line.

Who gave you permission to reapply straight to Admin?

Disappeared for months almost immediately after getting lead team and only just come back

Your application is ok but you don't have 2 weeks of consistent activity in fact it's only 3 days so far could be 6 by the time of the meeting. The fact that you are ex- super admin does help but not after what Rob mentioned( if it's true , i'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you had a good reason ). I hope you realize you need to get permission from a head admin or above to re-apply straight to admin , if you don't then you need to apply from mod again. With that in mind i think you should apply again next week after having 2 weeks of consistent activity , keep up a friendly attitude and don't get any recent punishments. Good luck anyways!

I never disappeared at all, I wrote an inactivity top saying that im gonna need time off, as i was moving abroad but then there was issues with the carrier so i couldn't get my PC over there.
