Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
The most common situation is when a user Mass RDMs and LTAPs. There are more situations, such as when a user has a lot of recent punishments for the same reason. Also if a user has been breaking a lot of rules and has got 10 recent punishments and also if they've recently come of another ban and yet again break too many rules. In all situations the ban length depends on the user's punishments, especially the recent ones.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
'Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?'
My response would be something like this:
Trust me, I know how to do my job
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I'm a former Head Administrator and TTT has always been my favourite server here. I'd love to come back to the staff team. I'm more than capable of doing my job, very familiar with the rules and interact with the other users whenever I can. Read the extra information bit if you want to know more about me resigning, although you can always just ask. I didn't think I'd return so soon, but life's how it is, I guess.
Extra Information: (Not Required)
Resigning was not a rash decision. If anything, it was very well thought out and planned.
It is sad that my situation has changed. I have more spare time and so I've decided to return to my favourite server in the community. I will not come back to SSRP for a while because of the amount of time it takes up, but I can handle TTT just fine.
I'm honestly sorry. I did not think I'd be one of those people that'd resign only to return a few weeks later, and if things had gone differently in my life I wouldn't have been.
Thank you for reading my application. Have a great day!
