Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match/RDM is when a person kills with no rp reason or a bad/malicious intent for example Player A walks up to Player B and says "Damn son your fat." Player B getting salty pulls out his psg and kill him running away saying "Eat it kid."

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule/NLR when someone returns to there death position before awaiting nlr area timer to go away or remembering something from the old life For example you die in a gunfight with someone and see them later and kill them that is breaking nlr as you can't remember that.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would ask player y if he had killed him and why, if he says he was shot first or something that proof is needed I would ask for proof if none is given or I have none I will return both of them.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Being the lines are close together I would bring both players ask what happen then see if player y died to player x and returned to kill him also, me knowing how staff works there is a district where someone dies so it can tell me if he came back to the district.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):
I should be chosen because yes, I've made past mistakes I've hacked I've minged but I have been in the community for nearly 2.5 years and can apologise for my past it's your choice to accept or deny my apology and I respect it either way however I have always been in the community and helped staff sometimes with questions and stuff from being friends with Mods-Owner/ChuteUK and being in ts I know how to handle different arrangements or situation that may present themselves that some people may not be able to handle.I know I'm young and have made mistakes but it's time for kyle black to change and reform myself as tyler1 and morgan have done I will reform come back stronger better and more caring for my fellow players. If you give me a chance at mod I wont make the dumb choices past mods have yachty,shae ect.. they seem to be trustworthy but they let their power overcome them, I wont believe it or not I don't backstab maybe 1 time for karma as someone backstabbed me i'm loyal to those who chose for me to be there or around them and if I get mod the people around me will be the community, zarp. I will do my best to prove I am worthy and a reliable Mod/Admin/Super/Head/Cm/Owner who knows where I will be one day but with hard work and courage and this chance we could all find out together. -Love papa black/kyle black/that one black kid from zarp

Thanks for the response skeleton sorry we had a bad past experience but you don’t need to and I quote “will do whatever it takes to make sure you don’t get this rank.” As you have made mistakes as a mod that we don’t need to recall and you live and learn so something from maybe 1.5 months ago should not hold a grudge and say nothing personal when you state you are going out of your way to get this denied.
