Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random Death Match is when a player killed another player without proper or actual proof. Player A kills Player B just for the fun of it.
Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario: #1: Failure to comply with detective orders- Player A was told by Player B who happened to be a detective, to get tested or else they would be KOS'd, they warned them multiple times in chat and they failed to get tested, hence Player B set a KOS onto Player A.
#2: When someone hit's you, for any type of damage, such as being hit by a Crowbar, being shot by a weapon, burned by a incendiary, etc.
#3: Let's say there's a total of 5 players left, and all the dead have been ID'd, so there is no room for error. Four out of the Five players have all tested, and have proven to be innocent, meaning that the last and remaining person out of the five people is a traitor!
Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios: #1: KOSing a player based on their skin- Player A is a traitor who kills Player B, Player C is unable to catch the name of Player A, whether it's due to a disguise, or because they simply missed it, but places a KOS based on the skin they caught them wearing.
#2: KOSing based on suspicion- Player A killed Player B with a Uzi, dropping the Uzi for another weapon, Player C discovered the body shortly afterwards and picks up the Uzi, Player D checked the body seeing that a Uzi was used to kill them and that Player C had one in their hands, Player D then killed Player C who happened to have an Uzi on them, later to find out that they were indeed not the one who killed Player B.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 100 words): I would say there's a lot of good reasons to have me apart of your staff team. For one I've been administration on TTT servers in the past, which has really helped me develop my skills administration abilities, especially with the TTT gamemode. I've been doing administration related activities for several years, so I'm not at all new to this line of work, and the majority of that has been on Garry's Mod, doing either TTT, Jailbreak, DarkRP or Murder. I previously used to be a staff member for FP, and Zarp long ago, however I didn't take up staffing for TTT on either of them. I am pretty knowledgeable in most situations, and I've always done the best to my abilities either as a Player or as a Staff member to assist others, whether they be players, or staff members alike. Something that people either forget about or lose sight of, is the fact that the role of a staff member isn't there to ruin people's time there, but rather they're simply there as peace keepers to ensure that one, rules, regulations and guidelines are being followed, and two, ensuring that everyone, including other staff members, are having an fun and enjoyable experience. One of the things I simply can't stand is when players take advantage of the fact that a staff member either isn't around, or is away, they believe that because there is no staff, they are simply allowed to do whatever they may please. Luckily this rarely ever happens, at least from what I've noticed, especially when the server has a lot of players, there will always be staff around, which is a necessity, especially when there are players playing on the server. Some of my own reasons for doing administration is for the most part because I enjoy helping people, I don't mind sitting back and just reading into a situation to figure out if a player in question is at fault, and if so, what exactly did they do, and how can this be resolved. While I haven't be on the server for to long, I have made it a goal of mine to help out, especially when it comes to the staff members. I realize how much work it is dealing with TTT players sometimes, especially when we're talking about Garry's Mod. Every person is a new and different person, but unfortunately, that sometimes means you'll have players who want to play together, which is completely fine, but they usually will be there with a single goal in mind, so if their intention is to go on a mass RDMing spree, you'll normally be having a massive mess you'll need to clean up, but sometimes having someone else there, even if they can't do anything, will make things go much more smoother. Which is why I would like to be a moderator, therefore I can assist others who play on the server with any problems or concerns they may have!
If you made it to the bottom of my rant, you truly are amazing!
I realize I don't have the recommendation of two weeks, however my reasons listed above, and recommendations I've received from various staff members is my reasoning I'd decided to put it in ahead of time, and I hope that my reasoning's aren't shrouded by the fact that I do not meet that time frame.
