Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

Traitor A is up in the tower and shoots Traitor B, Traitor C, Traitor D, and Traitor E with his sniper, killing them. He is reported by all four of them for RDM. He then answers every report with "xDDDDD" and leaves the game before receiving punishment. Therefore, he would be banned for Mass RDM+LTAP

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for cheating and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?


Hey there, thanks for taking the time to appeal your ban. You were banned for cheating and that is against the rules of the server. Since this is your first ban, and you clearly put effort into your appeal, which shows you are truly sorry for what you did, so your appeal has been
and your ban will be reduced/removed. However, if you get banned because of cheating again, getting yourself unbanned will be much more difficult. Have fun on the server!

Side note about this question: Admins cannot regularly ban for cheating and cannot handle their own ban appeals.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
First, I believe the server is very short staffed at the moment. Especially around the time I usually play which is around 10:00 p.m. to around 2:00 a.m. server time. This is usually when I would play when I was staff before while in school. However, throughout this week I will be playing earlier because I am out of school for the week. I want to help the server keep going. I am also able to handle reports very efficiently and correctly. Lastly, I had resigned around a month and a half ago. One reason for this is I was bored. Garry's Mod had become boring. I came back recently and I am having fun playing the game again, and it feels like less of a chore. I believe that as an ex-Super Admin I can handle situations properly and be a valuable staff member.

Extra Information: On the topic of activity: I realize it isn't the greatest right now. I just started playing again four days ago. That is why I waited until this week to apply, so I can prove my activity and dedication. I will be playing AT LEAST (most likely more) an hour a day throughout this entire week until the meeting unless something important comes up and causes me to skip a day. I would appreciate any constructive criticism you can give me, thanks for reading.
