Seriously? He was extremely close to getting SA last summer and improved on all possible criticisms back then. He was already a very good candidate but he want above and beyond to become excellent and get accepted. He did so much but never actually got the rank because of multiple factors.

Don't keep him out of the lead team any longer than you have to. Many months have already been wasted, you should not waste anymore weeks because you "have enough".

There is no harm in accepting him. If anything, it will only improve the server, ~~so you better fucking accept him or I'm coming by your houses to shank your motherfucking asses~~
