I'm a very active staff member and whenever i'm on the server I do my best to guide other staff members when punishing players. I'm also very active in teamspeak, I try my best to interact with all the staff members and make them feel welcomed, this creates a relation between us and just generally makes the staff team work out better and more smooth.

Dedication:
My dedication towards deathrun is extremely big and I have been working very hard the last few weeks to get stronger relations between staff and a more healthy enviroment, this could be just talking with them in teamspeak and making them feel more comfortable in the staff team, or just playing other games with them outside of zarp. I'm highly dedicated to getting staff members work to their full ability and keep their activity good.

Trust:
During my time in zarp i've managed to hold several staff ranks, such as SSRP Admin, Bhop admin, Surf admin and ofcourse Deathrun Superadmin, this shows that I can be trusted with the powers I will get and use them correctly.

Reliable:
Whenever i'm on my pc, i'm always easy to contact. Whether it would be contacting me for just a general question about the server or staffing duties, or a simple question. I also have loads of the staff team on social medias such as snapchat and they can always contact me on there if i'm not online.

B4nQk0K has held many staff ranks through his years here at zarp, but this is his first shot at becoming an extremely trusted lead team member, its a big leap B4nQk0k and I am proud of you din kolsvarte faen.

You have just resigned, and revoked, but that only shows that he still has passion for deathrun, he revoked due to school, and he came back, therefore he is putting zarp infront of school, which shows maturity and dedication.

He is extremely friendly, and a really great guy when you get to know him as much as I do.

You’ve only been SA for a couple of weeks, but considering all the work and dedication you have been putting into deathrun sincd the first time you joined, you would of definetly gotten my vote if I was able to vote.

You are also one of the candidates without any recent accepted reports on you, unless there are other applicants than JimJam ofcourse.

And you are also one of the candidates with the most passion and dedication for the deathrun server, I myself havent seen this ammount of dedication since biwx, pitt, hamad, alex, robbin, mage, sada, me, and all the others back when I used to play seriously.

You are also extremely friendly and helpfull to newer players, and that is important.
