I have gone through your posts in each of the sections over the last month. Here is what a found:

Server Applications:
You have a total of 93 posts altogether in the last month. I have gone through them all (because I am sad like that) and counted how many of those were a simple "bump!" posts on the 3 applications you posted this month (I left your actual applications and you responding to feedback out of it) and I found that. I came to a total of around 35. This leaves a total of 58 "constructive" posts in the section. Personally, I don't think that's enough. Then again, you do post many things that help users with making an application.

General Discussion:
This is where the positive feedback comes in, you are really active in this section. You have a total of 115 posts in the last month. I think this is more than enough posts in the section for you to become section staff and I believe you'd do a great job.

I do not believe you're active enough in server applications to warrant such a promotion.
