I've said it to you personally before, Morgan, and I still believe in it. When voting for any rank, personal opinions should (mostly) be discarded, and instead we should look at the ability of the applicant and how they currently perform their duties.

I disagree with you on several matters. Quite a lot, even, ranging from political matters to general staffing issues. This does not mean that your duties on the forums should be ignored. You're extremely active at all times of the day and do a fantastic job managing both the sections your staff in and showing a great interest in the sections you're not.

You've contacted me multiple times this past month with forum issues that needed to be adressed - at absolutely impossbile times as well. Just so you know, I'm generally not awake at 4 AM - and because of this as well as the other positives I do not see why anyone's personal opiions should decide their judgement. You greatly deserve this promotion.
