How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I was Admin in the past, roughly 7 months ago for a couple of months before resigning and have been and Admin for 3 weeks currently through this time I have gained a lot of knowledge on the commands and how FAdmin works. I have handle many situations over the time and know correctly how to handle situations in the correct way without any hassle. I have also witnessed first hand abusers and other problematic staff members that have been dealt with, this makes it a little easier for me to get to grips with staff situations. I have had to deal with reports during my time and some have been more complex than other which have included some hackers, mass rulebreakers and more and had managed to get a fair and equal result back to the user.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I am a good candidate for the Super Administrator team as I have been Admin for a collective of 3-4 Months and have collected knowledge from staffing other servers such as Admin for Deathrun and Surf. I have also worked closely with some of the bhop Lead Team in some situations which gives me a little knowledge of some of the duties the LT might deal with. I have also managed to maintain the full server by myself when its been full and managed to control on the rulebreakers without issue. I have managed to crack down on some hackers and exploiters during my time which has got me to grips with the routine that needs to be followed.
I have managed to handle some appeals and reports on the server and managed to get the side from both people and managed to give out a fair and even response either accepting or denying them. Since joining the community and playing the server, I have nearly played everyday (except during my ban) which has allowed me to understand the type of players on the server and the environment I would be doing my duties in.


Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
A staff member was arguing with a user about who was better and who had the better time. This looked like a joke from the start but then the situation escalated drastically, and the staff member then threatened to use his powers to ban and kick the player. (he was being dead serious). I was trying my hardest to try and defuse the situation but nothing was working. It finally ended with me adding the staff member on steam and managing to calm him down.
I feel both the user and staff member would listen more to a Lead Team member oppose to someone with minimal power over them.
This is not acceptable and if I caught them doing this as a SA it would not be tolerated.


Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
To begin I need to let everyone know I'm handling it, and I would do so by replying to the post saying "I'm handling this" or something similar. After that, I'd read through the report abuse and look at all the evidence and gain all sides of the story by speaking to both parties, I would message the admin on steam and ask to speak to them on teamspeak, once on teamspeak I can then ask for their side of the story, I would then go onto do the same with the user who is reporting the staff member. Here are some examples of how I would reply depending on the appropriate conclusion.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?

As this is a pretty serious issue and could cause drama through a ban appeal and/or a report abuse. To avoid this, I would instantly message the admin through either Admin chat or Steam private message to reevaluate the situation and rethink the ban length. I would then reiterate when the ban command should be used. I would then recommend a more reasonable time.
I would then try to contact the user and let them know the ban was edited and tell them the new length.


Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?

If a staff member is having trouble dealing with a situation and I'm online I'd happily help them out by messaging them in admin chat and guide them if it was a little/small issue and give them advice on how to improve. However, if the issue is large and could have a negative affect on the staff team or server. I would stop him/her and then ask them to speak to me on teamspeak where I would have him/her explain what happened and why they were doing so in a private spacer. And retrain if needed.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?

Firstly, I'd need to get all possbile information about the situation by talking to both staff members in a private spacer on teamspeak. Here is an example
A staff member pokes me on Teamspeak and tells me that another staff member is using an exploit on a map to get a better time. I would instantly ask them to get some sort of proof of this situation, I would go on to join the server and spectate the player being accused. Then I would go ask the accusing staff member to come on teamspeak and explain to me the situation and his side of the story, then show me the proof they had gathered. I have been provided with a full video of the staff member cheating his way through the map and gaining the WR, so I then go speak to the accused staff member in a private spacer. I ask him why he did it and tell him not to do it again, I would then proceed to go tell I higher up staff member.


Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?

To start of I would get in contact with both members of the incident, either through Teamspeak or steam and ask for both sides of the story. I would then try to build up the scenario and get to grasp with the full situation. I would then try to find out who originally sparked the situation and started the argument. I would then get them to come on to the teamspeak and get them into a private spacer with me and the other, to try and work this out and apologise. I would try to make it as simple and as peaceful as possible.
I would then report this to a higher up (Head Admin or Owner) or bring it up in the LT meeting.


Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?

If something like this was to happen when I was on the server, I would make it a main priority as this a serious issue.If a staff member is clearly breaking rules and ruining players experiences then I would immediately message them on steam or poke them on teamspeak and tell them to stop and not continue as it's very unprofessional and makes the staff team and the server look bad. As a member of the staff team they should be setting a good example for all the user and lower ranked staff and enforcing the rules and reduce the amount of rule breakers. I'd then give them a verbal warning and let the rest of the lead team know. By either messaging them on steam/teamspeak or bringing it up in the LT meeting.

I agree, but there is only one current LT which is a SA going for HA.
I believe in him to get it so I hope they will rethink their decision

Very dedicated and good staff member, super friendly guy and would make a great leadteam for bhop. Application is very well written and seems as if you spent loads of time on it, also very active on teamspeak.
