Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
When a player as got 11 or more recent warns and they are warned that 1 more will be a ban then that player receives that 1 warn which an admin should proceed and ban the player for a day

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

1.I would look into for how many rounds/days/time they cheated and appropriately decide if they knew that it was wrong or if they were trying it out just for the 'fun' of using hacks. If they were using it for a long time i would do the following in their appeal


Player x your appeal has been denied due to the fact that you knew you were in the wrong the entire time yet decided to continue using hacks which has reduced our users experience on the server therefore you will not be unbanned

however if it was their first day or rounds using the hacks and they appealed


Player x as you had just started using the hacks your ban will be lifted on the promise that you must never use hacks again and remove them from your pc and this is your final warning if you fail to meet the requirements your ban will be reinstated and will not be lifted

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.

I should be promoted as i feel receiving a few more powers will help me give the appropriate punishments that i can't do so as of now as there are times when i am the only mod online and i warn players and realise that they should receive a ban due to them having too many recent punishments and Chienman has told me in the past to write down the names of those who needed a ban as i was the only one online after he left. Moreover receiving the noclip command will help me sort out players stuck at the nether portal as times i have been part of it and couldn't do anything as before i could get out i would be killed causing deaths as i was unable to free myself. Moreover i feel i've been a mod long enough that i am ready to be able to handle the promotion, also i feel i'll be able to help new mods as they seek help from higher ups as i am a really active mod as i played throughout my exam week. They're also times that there aren't any admins online and mods have had to add slays until an admin could handle a ban.
