Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Definition:
A Random Deathmatch (aka. RDM) is when a player decides to kill another player without reasoning or advertising. It is not within their RP Role to kill people randomly, and yet they do so.
Scenario:
A scenario for this would be if I was happening to just be walking around spawn. I, by chance, run into Joey and converse with him shortly and decide to kill him only because he claimed to have stolen my wife. This type of deception has caused me to go into a blind rage that I decide to take out on Joey by blasting him across the map with my very large and very scary gun.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
Definition:
New Life Rule (aka. NLR) is when a player that was recently killed returns to their location of death and either kills the player that killed them or they continue to RP their role.
Scenario:
A prime example of this is if I were to use a scanmaster, finding Joey’s horde of VIP printers. I quickly tell him that I am raiding him and rush in, only to end his life within a mere 2 seconds. I begin to steal his money that he has been AFKing for quite sometime, and I even steal a few for my own use. In the middle of my ransacking, Joey returns and kills me. As I lay there dying I see him picking up his printers and moving them. I soon realize that it has only been about 2 minutes since I destroyed him, so there was no possible way he kept to the rule of NLR. He returned with the soul purpose of stopping me from stealing his “hard earned money.”
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would teleport to player x and make sure that RP scenarios were not an issue. I would then take them to a roof and see if there was any evidence captured and if they would be willing to tell me their side of the story along with it. If there is enough evidence I would then teleport player y to the roof and explain the reasoning behind me teleporting him there. I would make sure he understands the situation in full and the evidence that is against him. After explaining in detail the reasoning I would ask him if he has read the rules in full and if not, I would give him the command for them. I would ask him to read the rules once more before attempting to roleplay again. If there was a sufficient amount of evidence I would inform player y that I must warn him, but if the evidence is lacking and if he is willing to cooperate and read the rules once again I would leave him with a verbal warning. Once this is resolved I would teleport player y back to his last location and ask player x if there is anything else that he needs. If he doesn’t I will teleport him back to his last location as well.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I believe I should be chosen because I know my way around the community and have met many people while here. I do my best to abide by the rules and help those that are in need. Although I do not have a lot of play time, I have experience in the gmod world and how it works. Please keep in mind that although my account is fairly new, I have played on a friend’s account and have put in time into other DarkRP servers. I am planning on playing as much as I can, as late as I can so that when there are times when no staff is around, I will still be around to help. It makes me sad to always see in the chats that the staff is useless and no one ever helps, or that it is too slow. I want to be a part of the community when it comes to helping those when there are no admins/mods around. I don’t want to see people discredit the staff team when they are trying their best when around. I can be a helping hand and I can prove my work ethic. I will try my best to make this community whole and respectful of others. I will not allow my emotions to get in the way of my decisions, but rather allow logic and evidence to steer me in the right direction. I hope to be a great addition to this team, and to prove that help is always there when it is needed.
Thank you for your consideration!
