When will it be appropriate to use the ban command?:

When you are an admin you have access to various new commands, one of them being the ban command, which is a command you use with caution, but in these following situation then it would be appropiate to use it, these situations are:

Mass rulebreaking: If a player is massively rulebreaking after give them warns and the suited punishment, it would be appropiatw to give them a ban, the ban time would depend on the rulebreak.

DDos threats: if a player threatens to DDos and something happens that could be explained with DDos a perm ban would be given.

Death threats: if a player continuesly threatens to kill a player, after suited punishments, a ban would be given, the length would be 1 week.

Avoiding punishment(LTAP): if a player does some kind of rulebreak and is aware that it is punish worthy, and then leaves, the players steam id would be collected and a ban would be given the ban length would be 2 days.

Hacking: even tho it is very rare, because of the auto kick system, if a player uses ANY kind of hack and refuses to turn it off, he would be banned permanténtly.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:: I was once playing on deathrun as moderator, i was there with another administrator, at that time there were alot of rulebreakers, there were mass rulebreaks, rascism, LTAP and this admin had to ban all these mass rulebreakers by himself, i couldn't really help, the only thing i could do was warn, gag, mute and for worst cases kick. So if i had access to the ban command i would have been able to help and support him, ive had many different situations, specially with a mass rulebreaker, where it would have been appropiate to give him a minor ban on 1-2 days.

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words):[/b] So lately in the holiday season i haven't had much time to play on deathrun, yes i do think i have a good gametimer, but still i do want to improve it before the meeting next week, i have unfortunely only been to one meeting but i am deffiently looking forward to join the next meeting, im gonna try to be more active on ts and improve my overall gametime, i want to help and support zarp and be able to help or act on ban appropiate punishments!

Needs to work on being a independent staff member and deal with a lot more situations before given any more commands or ranks imo

Me n evouqe caught him exploiting about a week ago, clearly isn’t ready..

Your activity is alright but could be improved in my opinion. When I have seen you in game you seem alright but I don't see you do much other than play.

I think I would like to see you deal with more stuff whilst in game to show you can do things well as a staff member before being promoted.

guess its just because the other players are writing it, so you just follow the stream, even tho that those other players arent on the server either, and if you havent figured it out yet, then they cant really know if im dealing with players or not....no offensive but its true

In my experience i disagree with most of the feedback given here,
When I'm on the server I see him deal with quite a few rulebreakers, more than most mods. For example a couple days ago when there was a trap spammer i made this aware to Gim0n 4 times (who wasn't afk) and he did nothing but thankfully 2fast came back from afk and dealt with him.
Looking at his activity over the month it has been amazing and i see no reason why he shouldn't be given the Admin rank.
