I am iffy on you becoming a HA tbh.
You were a good head admin in the past, very good. The problem is all the shit you stirred after your Head Admin days, losing your LM etc I think you need more time to prove to the community you wont revert to your old ways. There is also something I am sure you are aware of, as little people know I wont really say anything as it'll start drama. Just remember though, CitizenHack is still detectable

Great HA in the past, and has proven to do well in the community again with your current SA rank and your TS HA rank. Don't see any glaringly obvious reasons for you not to get it.
