From what I know the recommended activity to apply is 2 weeks, this is done to show how dedicated to the server they are, although judging from your gametracker you only recently came back, I suggest waiting 1 or 2 weeks before applying to show how dedicated you are to the server.
Also may I add that some of your responses towards harsh critisim is quite disgusting, you should not be acting like this when applying for mod and especially on your application, personally to me that seems quite immature.
