Hello Nick,

Hard to be objective when it comes to reviewing your application since we spend a lot of time together. ~~Btw you forgot your panties home~~

Your application has enough details. More importantly, you are very active on both TTT and Teamspeak. Your report count is amazing, and I personnaly like the way you handle reports most of the time. You are always friendly but serious when it comes to staffing, and you have demonstrated during the past weeks that you really wish to enter the Lead Team.

As for things that you could improve : maybe, at times, you could be more patient, for reports for example. Still, I believe it's because you wish to show us how much you care for entering the LT. Just be wary to not rush things, you are almost (if not ready already) ready to become Super Admin.

I still think that for now, you are the best candidate we have for this position.

Hang in there, your efforts will be rewarded.
