Not gonna lie, I'm feeling pretty offended how you think I'm going to be biased, there is nothing in my past 2 years of staffing that indicated that I was biased, nor did I abuse. I've never recieved any official warnings. However, yes I will prove you wrong.

Im sorry if i offended you it wasn't my intention. To be honest the feeling is small but its still there. However I know for a fact you are going to prove me wrong since you are even straightening up on your gang members who rule break by removing them.

I think what he means is because where it's been shown in the past from your friends etc he has the impression that you could turn out like that. I know for a fact you will not turn out like that just it is a very repetitive gang a lot of you guys repeat and follow the action's of others good or bad, just like once one of you applied a lot of you applied, that impression can lead to assumptions like his. I know you are not bias I am just clearing up the confusion here.
