TOPIC: Admin Abuse Jokerman

When I was playing as a mutant, there were no admins online except for Jokerman.
A mayor walked in, i tried to kill him but it didnt work, he said he had "admin permissions"
I respawned and tried t kill him again, and Jokerman froze me, while the mayor was still killing all the mutants, I got frozen for no reason. After I said he sucked he gave me a warning. Proof is a screenshot of him ffreezing me. Its the bottom line

He unfroze me like 5 minutes later.
I dont see any reason why that mayor was allowed tyo kill everybody

pleace use the template also don't make a new post but use the edit button located in the right bottom of the topic

edit: mutants can't kill everywhere only in few districts or when attacked by normal players also in the screenshot we can't see wich job you are it only sais mutant protector plus if you would go back to mayor it would be nlr.

Mutant
Raid/Mug: Can raid underground bases, no mugging.
Print: No.
- Can build outdoors/above ground.
- Can use keypads.
- No other weapons than the default knife.
- NLR still applies.
- Mutants shouldn't kill each other.
- Mutants and Hobo are at war and can kill each other anywhere on the map.(Don't Spawn camp)
-Mutants can not wear the thief outfit or suit.
-Mutants can not kill in Government buildings.

Mutants
- Mutants KOS people who attack them first, or anyone who is in the warehouse district, mutant spawn tunnels or PD district (Not including the PD Building or Mining Area ). These 'zones' stop as soon as the tunnel begins.
- Mutants can be KOSed anywhere except for their spawn tunnels, unless they attack you first in the tunnels.
-Mutants can't killer miners/crafters in the mine.please use template or this will get denied even if you have proof.
