He failed to attempt an arrest and killed me instead

Evidence:
There isnt a active bank raid going on, if there was it was justified to kos me but there wasnt.

Other things:
spectrum shoud know to attempt an arrest before kosing as its a basic rule for cops

"There should always be an attempt to arrest a suspect unless; the suspect is resisting arrest, engaging in combat or raiding."

SSRP Rules Said:

2.2 Random Death Match - In order to kill or harm another player you require a valid role-play reason to do so. Crossfire is not an excuse for killing people nearby where you are raiding or shooting. This rule always applies unless another rule calls for an exception.

- Examples of valid reasons to kill another player:
The player enters a highly restricted area such as the bank vault or back of PD.
The player kills an ally or friend of yours.
The player attempts to destroy or steal your property.
The player acts threatening towards you.

Hey Reversed,

After looking through you report, I've decided to deny it. Spectrum was allowed to kill you on sight because you entered a highly restricted area (in your case the area behind the security bars inside the bank building). Entering such an area is considered "raiding" and therefore an exception to the rule that requires police jobs to always attempt an arrest before going lethal. He did not break any rules.

No further actions will be taken.
