False kos leading to me getting a warning
Mytic started by claiming that Pizza from the feds shouted out ”I'm a tratior” in voice chat when he never did. This lead to Mytic claiming a false kos on Pizza, after RDMing Pizza i killed Mytic. He reported me and handled his own report. He gave me a warning not to join gunfights and slayed me aswell.
He claimed to have proof of Pizza shouting in the record, this is clearly not true so please check it out.

First off before you even make this. I warned you for "Joining in a gunfight" i killed your friend (Who i assume you're on call with btw) as he said "i'm a traitor" in voice. And as soon as i killed him you knew he was innocent before even id'ing his body (more than likely ghosting) You didn't id his body before killing me as shown in the logs here

You didn't id his body but magically knew he was proven. I'll upload the video of your friend in a moment.

Also my mistake, It wasn't your friend who said "I'm a traitor" and i apologise for this, It was jim jam, But either way your warn was valid. As for your friend, I'll happily compensate him with points due to the confusion, I thought it was your friend who said it as he was speaking at the same time as jim jam said "Im a traitor"

And i thought it was Pizza saying it as it wasn't the voice i knew Jim Jam to have. He obviously put on that voice. And i had never heard Pizza's voice before. Hence me thinking he said "i'm a traitor"
But still you warn is valid either way. If it was fully a valid kos then you would of got the same punishment due to you joining in the gunfight.

Idk, I personally agree with it in some parts, Due to if someone rdms a staff member and they deny it, Lets say the logs don't have valid proof.
That mod might of been recording and obviously would of known what happend, I would say for admin+ to be able to handle own reports though due to trust. But yeah

Hi Babuu,

Thanks for your report! Unfortunately this seems like one big misunderstanding, Mytic is willing to compensate you, so I'll let him do that.

As for Staff handling their own reports, it makes no difference in a staff member handling their own report or vice versa, as staff cannot give punishments out to other staff, they have to bring it to lead team, the best course of action is to report it on the forums like you have today if you felt they handled it in a poor manor.

This however is going to be for debate this meeting on 03/02/19 at 7pm (1 day from now), so be sure to watch for the verdict in the meeting outcome!
