So, I'd like to firmly establish a few things.

1) You have a tendency to disagree with anyone who goes against things that directly benefit you, even when they're outlined in the rules. If an admin tells you a dozen times that your sit isn't going to go anywhere, or that you have no case so you can't get someone warned, you argue with said admin, going against one of the key tenets laid out in the rules: Admin's word is final.

2) After spending time witnessing a few of the things that have occurred on the server, I think I can say with a certain degree of clarity that Duke is simply doing his job. Should he be showing more decorum/professionalism on the server with regards to words/manners shown? Probably. But he's basically punishing you for things that *are* in fact against the rules. Yes, it's strict, but it's not wrong.

3) As I've stipulated on the server to you directly; you have very little problem with lying, deceiving and tricking people to get your way and to suit your narrative. It's evident in numerous claims, and in a very small way: Evident here. You claim Duke is harassing you, but again, he's doing his job. You've been known to accuse a lot of people of harassing you when, in fact, most of the time, they're just calling you out on your bullshit.

4) The "rules" that you outlined earlier are, in simple terms, headcanon. Just because it seems like common sense, doesn't mean it's common sense. As I stated earlier: You can't state things are true simply to better fit your narrative, especially when, if the roles were reversed, I guarantee you'd be fighting it and making every excuse under the sun. While we are a discretionary lot, and certain things are literally just common sense, we're not going to do what you suggest we should do as a form of rule if it's not actually in the rules.

5) We will speak with Duke regarding decorum and behaviour in server, but I must state for the record that your behaviour is *far* from model, and while you can make excuses like not being staff, or that anything you say on Discord is outside the realm of the rules, it doesn't matter. Your cherry-picking of what's acceptable when and where you say it's acceptable is profoundly absurd, and the double standards you persist on showcasing - whether intentionally or unintentionally - are representative of why we're becoming less tolerant of you.

It's trivial, Sinz. It's petty, shallow, and trivial.
