So after that bank raid he was having fun and said my name wich I didn't allowed him to and that why I reported him for "doxxing/harassement"

Alrighty after considering numerous factors and reviewing a clip, I have made the safe determination that Davie is NOT doxxing here, if we take a look at the formal dictionary definition for doxxing we will see the key phrase.
"to reveal information about somebody on the internet, usually in order to harm them"
Davie has not introduced any personal information belonging to sinzz, he has merely stated his first name, that sinzz himself provided via the in-game voice chat feature as shown in the provided clip. Furthermore, stating sinzz first name, that he provided in-game, would not harm him, or his person.
You claim that you were forced to state your name in this clip, but I fail to see any means in which Davie could threaten you, or your person in order to force you to press your mic down and freely introduce yourself.
That being said I will be advising you to reread the definitions of doxxing, be careful of the information you share in game, and realize that you cannot just bend and twist the events and what occured in the moment to get a punishment later down the line.
