While I agree that using words like "faggot" to insult people on the servers isn't exactly professional and should be avoided by staff members (especially those holding higher ranks), I highly doubt that this situation will result in any form of punishment. If you want to discuss or report minor problems like this in the future, I recommend you to contact the staff member in question or a higher up staff member before posting a report on the forums. Posting minor punishment requests like these isn't going to accomplish anything. Nevertheless, I will bring this up in the next Community Team meeting, so that it can be discussed properly.

I will lock this for now, as the discussions on this thread are not related to the actual contents of the demote request. If you have any questions or amendments, feel free to contact me on discord.

Hey Sinz,

We've reviewed your demote request in the last Community Team meeting and we've come to the conclusion, that there isn't enough evidence of wrongdoing to justify a punishment against Callum. As I already said in my reply above as well as in private messages, I suggest that - for minor issues like a staff member calling you a "faggot"- you contact the staff member in question to settle the issue or talk to a higher up staff member to find a solution. If you want to report targetted harassment, you need to provide more evidence than just a single occurance of being called a "faggot".
